That lesbian haircut on the main female character distracted me through the whole movie.
Does anyone find it strange where the bad space girl shoots herself in the leg and in the next scene shes sleeping with the kid in his own bed and mom walks in and doesn't even seem to notice? Does this stuff happen in Japan?

The "lesbian hair" was all part of the New Wave androgynous look that was popular at the time especially in Europe.
