Some Good DVDs and Some Bad Blu-Rays ?

I do like this movie, I would like to purchase a copy for the collection. I've read about some releases that were filled with bugs, and others that are of good quality. I need to know what release I should be looking for. Is there a good Blu Ray copy out there? Is the only clean release a two disc DVD? I've seen references to this but I'm looking for a ASIN# to be sure of what I buy. So I ask you, the people of IMDB's forums, for help.

The Criterion Blu Ray is a really good release, and the one I would recommend.

Also of good quality is the german Bluray set for about 20 bucks, which features 5 movie in total (time bandits, 12 monkeys, tideland, dr parnassus, brothers Grimm)
