Is there, or will there be a release of Lasse Åbergs films in usa or the uk?

Are they subtitled in English though? I doubt it.

I'm curious though what someone who had never heard of these movies before would think of them. Especially the first one.

A somewhat funny and representative picture of life in 1980s Sweden?

I don't think so. I am looking for them. This film was posted on Youtube with Swedish subtitles. I can understand around 90% of it, but have to keep pausing to look up words. It's still very funny! I'd actually recommend it for use in Swedish language learning classes.
