I refuse to buy a 4k TV and a 4k bluray player. 1080P HD is good enough for me.

It's like this whole modern gaming malarkey: games used to be 200p/256p at 50hz/60hz at most until the 1990s, when resolutions increased steadily, and now on PC gaming and the latest consoles, you have this bullshit about 4K gaming at ridiculously high frame rates like 120hz AND HDR, too! That just makes people spend more on monitors and gfx cards when they don't need to. I'm content with integrated graphics, older games and 1080p resolution at 50hz!
