Do you think Rocky ever went back to the diner?
I imagine he did but became nicer and more respectful towards everyone at the restaurant, I know the owners were very happy to see Rocky get his comeuppance.
I think he died either in the pin machine or shortly after of shock/heart attack.
shareI'd like to see a movie made about Rockys life before the events of Superman 2. It would be interesting to see how he came to enjoy that diner so much and did he bully anyone ever inside there. Probably be better than what was Superman 3 and for sure better than Superman 4
sharelol, I'd like to see that too. Also, I think it would be neat if it showed that Rocky is the father of Seabase (from 'Dumb and Dumber').
shareI don't like the way that Rocky's comeuppance is handled in the Richard Donner cut. At the end of that movie, Superman reverses time by flying around the world at hyper speed like he did in the first movie. So technically, Clark Kent and Rocky haven't even met yet. So it just looks like Clark is picking a fight for no apparent reason, since Rocky really didn't do anything to him to warrant getting "beat up".
shareI still haven't seen the Donner cut and prefer watching the theatrical release, I would had felt bad for Rocky if I saw the Donner cut before the theatrical release, plus it would be very out of character for Clark to pick a fight with someone for no apparent reason.
