This movie was okay

But this type of movie was the kind of crap that destroyed Burt Reynolds's career. Apparently it was fun to do and brought in money, so he took the easy route instead of doing more interesting material that would have advanced his credibility as an actor, instead of building his reputation as the guy who did junk comedies about car chases, trucks, and CB radios. Too bad, he had far greater potential.
