Is the Scorpion DVD legitimate?

I got this from Nina's Discount Oldies today and it doesn't have shrinkwrap. Also the case is a gray color I've never seen before and there are typographical errors in the text on the back. Could it be a bootleg job? To be honest I have never heard of Scorpion Releasing.

Haven't watched it yet but even if it is a bootleg, it probably is better than the old VHS I used to have. That was so dark in some scenes you couldn't even see anything (much like Humongous and The Final Terror).

Yeah, it's a legit release (I've seen typos on studio releases before!). No explanation for the gray box (other than it's kinda cool) but it's widescreen, nicely remastered, and includes lots of extras.

It was indeed very legitimate, though I hadn't heard of Scorpion either. I was pleasantly surprised by the presentation and special features, which actually seemed excessive considering the reception of this film at the time.
