Will CODE RED ever release this?????

There is no sign anywhere that this hidden gem is still a go for DVD. If you go to the CDOE RED crappy little blog page, all that remains is an old submission from early 2007, and their "catalog" page now shows no information whatsoever, not even a listing. It's gone.

WTF?

Well they better release it. They still have the trailer for it as an extra on their dvd release of Beyond The Door. I emailed them about it once and got an email just saying it wasn't out yet,so I emailed them again earlier.

I've purty much given up on Code Red. Way too many 'teases' and way too little 'delivery'. Too bad Synapse or BU couldn't get the rights to this and many other obscurities.

I finally bought SILENT SCREAM on DVD but it was released by Scorpion Releasing instead of Code Red but the DVD has the same DVD extras that Code Red announced they would put on the DVD.By the way,the film looks absolutely great on DVD with all the great DVD extras and audio commentaries on it!

Scorpion Releasing is run by the same guy as Code Red.

I know. It's just like MYA Communications that replaced the now defunct American
branch of NO SHAME VIDEO but that MYA is run by former associates or employees of NO SHAME.

Actually Code Red was once 3 guys. Brothers Walter and William Olsen and a friend of Bill's named Brad. Walter broke off of his brother and formed Scorpion and took some formerly announced as Code Red releases with him.(Silent Scream,Savage Streets DVD,Human Experiments,Force Five,Cheerleaders' Wild Weekend,Doctor Death:Seeker Of Souls,Power Play&The Farmer)Walter mainly runs Scorpion on his own,but distributes most of his stuff through Kino/Lorber now. Bill Olsen mainly sells directly through his own big cartel site,so not the same guy. Two brothers and one of the brother's friends who split and all went separate ways.
