can anyone confirm that cub is played by a young Jet Li? My friend told me thats who plays him but i don't think i believe him.He's gonna lend this flick to me tomorrow can't wait to watch it because i'm a fan of the manga.

That would have been a nice bit of trivia but no, this movie was shot in Japan with an all japanese cast. Jet Li is chinese.

Haha, I was gonna say, I doubt they'd import a little kid from China just to play a role in a Japanese movie that could easily be played by any little kid from Japan.

Besides, Jet Li was about 16 at the time, not 6.
