The Six Baby Cart movies...
I watched the six baby cart movies and haven't seen this. Is
it true this is just footage taken from the other films and
not a continuation of the story?

I believe the story itself is different, however, from the film series. Also the main character's actions, facial expressions, gestures, etc, was completely re-edited to remove extreme acting, giving the performance a calmer, more precise interpretation of the role. It adds a voiceover narration which is badass, and awesome music.
But essentially, yes, it is NOT a continuation of the story.
Anybody feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
