Camera flutter at 1:19:47

I never noticed this before watching the film on blu ray but when Shelly and Jack are talking about what to do about Danny, there's a vision of the elevator with the blood rushing through where there's sort of a flutter of lines going through that scene that is very noticeable. I'm shocked that they didn't clean that up. Has anyone noticed this too?
