Beside Harry Dean Stanton and Joe Turkel, who else was considered or auditioned for the part of Lloyd the Bartender?? And if no one knows is there anyone who worked on the Shining that I can contact and find my answer from??

I've never read anything but those 2. HDS took on 'Alien' and it was immediately offered to Joe Turkel. I've never read a word about anyone else, although I can't say 100%, just 90%. Even Jack was always Jack, others were auditioned but I think DeNiro and Hoffman were never REALLY candidates. It almost seems like they were research. Kubrick seemed to have certain roles well planned long ahead.
