D/J on the radio as Harvey and Kate wake up

At the beginning of Serial as Kate and Harvey are waking up, the radio is on and the D/J is talking about the weather, ride the ferry and save the world, blablabla. Does anyone recognize his voice. It sounds like Ed Begley Jr but I'm not sure. Any thoughts appreciated

It does sound like Ed Begley Jr., and also like Martin Mull. I don't know for sure, though.

Hi there,, thanks for the comeback... You really thing it might be Martin Mull? I went back and listened again but I but I couldn't hear him in the voice. Guess we will just have to wait until we bump into one or the other on the street. Or just maybe they read these posts. Anyhew, thanks again for responding to my question. ttfn.

You're very welcome. You may be right about Ed Begley Jr. He lives in Marin County and could have been involved in this film. I haven't seen this for a few years, but the next time I watch it, I'll play close attention to the voice on the radio.
