I found this movie to be really good and extremely funny. I watched it as a kid but didn't really pay much attention to it. I just watched it again and I really like it. I laughed my butt off at this film. I really liked the chauffeur and Goldie Hawn. I wonder why this movie is not more acclaimed or talked about?

shareI'm finishing watching this now and remember watching this movie over and over when I was 11. Every single time it would come on, I would watch it. This one and Foul Play. I think I loved Goldie Hawn and Chevy Chase back when I was younger LOL! But this movie is definitely underrated and so much fun to watch!

I've been a fan of this since I was a kid too. They just ran this on Encore randomly and I watched the whole thing, they're also playing 9 to 5 this month; what a flashback to my early childhood!

i agree. i think it is absolutely hilarious. I particularly like the conversations between goldie hawn and the mildly exasperated judge. and the dinner party scene is brilliant.
shareMuch of the film's just too damned cute and Goldie Hawn's mugging and bulging her eyes just ain't funny. Also, as usual, Charles Grodin is such an irritating wimp; shoulda given Chevy Chase more screentime. Overall a decent enough comedy though, rated it 7/10.
