play on words

i first heard about this in a commentary track, perhaps it was sherlock holmes, seems like a fairly rare flick, big stars yet never come across it before. fight scenes were pretty darn well made and suspenseful, the play on words comment may be one of the greatest lines ever, i can't freaking believe that isn't featured in the quotes page here, will someone please fix that???, okey, let me say it goes something like this, kids look away, "he called me a true benefactor of all horse and seamen, rather an appropriate play on words". notice when the pipe is leaking water it looks like its rushing out of his ear.

new years eve under the black sky,
it's when you said goodbye,
i had the time of my life,
so cheers here's to the good times,
new years night,
bells ringing out,
fireworks light up in the sky,
i'm taking a cruise,
out to sea, goodbye to all of you,
i'm heading away,
won't be back on dry land again.
