I can barely remember a horror movie when I was really little, about people on an isle and on a glass bottom boat and some spooky looking monsters swim underneath the boat. they were kinda natzi like zombie things? is this that movie that I am recalling?

Sounds like Shock Waves (1977). It's got a group of folks on a deserted island fending off underwater Nazi zombies, and there are a couple of scenes that make use of the glass bottom boat.
