I would love to own this film. It actually came on Tv the exact day after I was born.
shareIt's included on the Gone With the Wind blu-ray. That's the only way I know of to get this film. Make sure you get the 70th-Anniversary edition with the multiple discs, because it's on disc 2.
I can't say for sure whether it's on any of the GWTW DVDs, but I would guess it's on the 70th-Anniversary DVD as well.
