which movie was this from?

I saw a similar movie where they lift a boat out of the water.
I remember seeing it long ago and I thought it was from Raise the Titanic.
I saw Raise the Titanic yesterday, and it wasn't from that movie after all.

I remember it were big yellow balloons that they mounted with belts underneath the ship. And one broke off. In Raise the Titanic they used caged cylinders as balloons, the movie I remember seeing where balloons as we know them best. If anyone knows what movie I might be babbling about please say which one! I don't remember much of it.
