If I can remember right, the interior of the actual pub was used in order to help curb the already astrological budget. What I do remember is the website, raisethetitanic.com, had a good article about the pub and its relations to the film, but the site has been down for many months now and it's anyone's guess if it will be back online any time soon (if ever).
