Too Far?

The beginning of the movie was really weird. Four kids were just playing a harmless game when this random girl comes in. Everyone else is having fun, but then she stumbles in. When the killer finds someone else, she just says "killer got you" or something and then they are now both killers, but when they get to the new girl they actually physically push her around between them and corner her and all-but push her out a window. Even though they did not actually push her, they were so close that I wonder what they were thinking would happen once they advanced even further. She was obviously crying and really scared for her life. Writing for that part was awful.
