"Fonzi" Character - who is that?

During the first inspection by Capt Lewis she says "I know how you ladies drool over this Fonzi character" and walks to the locker and rips it off.

I don't think the picture looks anything like Fonzi/Winkler. Anyone know?

Otherwise a good "fun" movie - closer to 6.5-7/10 with a good range of actors. Not to mention (ahem) P.J. - gosh I wish she was in more movies - a cutie with a lovely smile (though I much prefer her in other movies like Stripes & Rock 'n' Roll High School).
