Any chance of finally getting a DVD release?

Sadly, this is one of a handful of Rankin & Bass puppet-animated specials yet to be released on DVD, along with WILLIE McBEAN & HIS MAGIC MACHINE, THE BALLAD OF SMOKEY THE BEAR, THE STORY OF THE FIRST CHRISTMAS SNOW (aka THE FIRST CHRISTMAS), LITTLE DRUMMER BOY BOOK II, THE LEPRECHAUN’S CHRISTMAS GOLD and THE LIFE & ADVENTURES OF SANTA CLAUS. (Although JACK FROST has been out on a number of bargain bin labels, it would be nice to see it given an “official” release, as well.) Since several of these are owned by Warner Bros., perhaps a Rankin & Bass set could be/should be considered
