Both this Christmas show and that one of where he ends up on the ship of the Emperor of the Night were good. But the Disney company threatened lawsuits acting like they were the only ones to have the right to make shows based on that book. That is why the Filmation movie did not do good in theaters. This Christmas show that Rankin Bass did is now available on a DVD set titled "Classic Christmas Favorites" and can be found at Wal Mart stores for under 30 dollars. This show is found on Disk 1 of the set.
