DVD Release?

Phobia is one of John Huston's lesser works as a director, yet his signature touches are evident in the film. Even a bad film such as this should be able to see the light of day on DVD. Paramount? Anchor Bay? Anyone?

This especially seems in keeping with Anchor Bay's catalog. I'm not going to defend this film, other than to say it's not nearly as bad as people say it is.
