Other overlooked movies?

I discovered this movie by browsing a thread entitled 'Overlooked Movies' over at the Ween Forum (an overlooked band). I'm wondering if any fans of this movie can recommend me some more overlooked but brilliant films.

I have one for you: Fresh (1994). It's another tragic film involving a kid as the lead character. It's much different yet equally good as Out of the Blue.
