That is a negative! They just listed it years ago so it can be put on Blu-ray but for years there has been no release date as it emphasizes on the page. Please sign the petition!

Resolution of the video is 1280x706
...that is HD quality.

OR... could it be that it's available on HD from a streaming service, but not sold on stores?
Another option would be that the video I watched was upscaled by the uploader but I doubt that since the title says "720p WEB DL", where the "DL part stands for "download". The quality did look like something from real HD source to me.
So if you're absolutely certain that they don't sell Blu-ray currently, then I think the HD torrent must have come from streaming service.
