Name that Movie?

Hi.

Im looking for a movie, that kind of reminds me of "The Octagon". The movie has a guy, you know the Chuck type, being some type of agent (007)
driving a big as.. truck 4wd, sort alike the "FAll Guys" truck.

It has Ninjas, one them looks almost exactly like Seikuras right hand man. The Ninja dies somewhere towards the end, lifting a big stone over his head. I think the stone is from some type of temple, a bit Indiana Joneish.

And maybe something about a pet monkey, a bit like Clyde from every which way but Loose.(Not sure about This)

the movie is from around the same time as "The Octagon"

Cant remember much more then that, but maybe somewhere out there, someone knows the movie.
