Nijinski on DVD?

Has a DVD of this movie ever been made. How can one make a DVD from the VHS version?

Paramount hols the theatrical and home video rights to Nijinsky. A DVD release by them in the near future seems unlikely though.

I wish they would release all three of the Herbert Ross movies (Turning Point, Nijinkski, Dancers) in a DVD set, I would definitely buy it and I'm sure other balletomanes would too. Such a pity.

Its rather crazy this has never been released. Even though it got mixed reviews and is probably flawed, I'd still love to see it. Nijinsky's life was fascinating.

It IS showing on Encore this month letterboxed and a beautiful print.

It screens on Showtime HD for widescreen, full frame and clear focus for costumes and background details.
