WARNING about the DVD being sold on amazon!!!

A seller has the DVD of this film (-released by Dutch Filmworks-) on both amazon.com and amazon.co.uk today. Sadly, I just bought it but I will get my money back. The print is atrocious as my review on both amazons says. The film was cut to bits, even just "F" words! I mean, even the BBC showed more than this back in 1989 when they screened it. This has to be the worst DVD release of any film that I have ever seen. Beware!

yes, I know, when I was in Amsterdam over a year ago I bought one at Fame (music & dvd shop). I was on a break there (I live in London) & luckily I had my portable dvd player to check it on back at the hotel! I went straight back the same day, got my money back and the manager said he'd stop selling the stock to avoid any more trouble.

Was the 1980 Magnetic Video release uncut?

Yes, the Magnetic Video VHS was uncut. Both European DVD releases are cut.
