Jason Robards was great as "Howard Hughes" and I wish there had been more of him. But I really think Mary Steenburgen made the main body of the movie. I loved the scene where Melvin walked into the strip club and got up on the stage to take her home, and everyone starts brawling, and what does she do. She keeps dancing and being her ditzy self! It was hilarious. Ditto her tap dance. It was wicked. Three cheers for you Mary.

Yes! Mary Steenburgen is great in this movie and deserved the Oscar.

Yes, Mary Steenburgen was a quite memorable "body" in this movie.

Nobody's looking for a puppeteer in today's wintry economic climate.
