May 15, 2008, Melvin Dummar makes another application to the US courts for his share of Howard Hughes's estate. And this time, some of the skeptics are going to be shaken.

Two new pieces of evidence surfaced in the past three years:

- In 2005, a retired FBI agent obtained the testimony of several of Hughes's personal staff who remembered the billionaire telling them in 1967 about being driven back to Las vegas by some guy in a truck (this evidence was suppressed during the 1978 court case).

- in 2008, Hughes's personal pilot admitted to haven flown Hughes on numerous occasions to nearby desert towns to sample the local brothels. And the pilot remembers taking Hughes to a town that was on the same road the Melvin Dummar has always said was the one where he picked up the old guy who said he was Hughes. And the pilot never flew Hughes back to Vegas; Howard apparently found his own way (Dummar).

It is starting to look as if Dummar WAS telling the truth. However, for those who have what Dummar was supposed to receive, they'll probably challenge the validity of the will. The lawyers will make money, the courts will make money.......and Dummar will continue to suffer. Where's the "truth & justice" in the American way ??????
