Uh oh

Poor Louise Fletcher.
This one might have been funny... but it's not.

I loved this film. It was so quirky and camp I didn't even care about the humor OR the plot problems.

To me it was like watching a circus (meant as a good thing).

it does have unique traits...

One must sit on a railroad track waiting to be killed to fully appreciate the quaintness of this true train wreck!

Nothing is more beautiful than nothing.

Let's see... I just finished watching this cinematic treasure... Let me see if I can rationalize my way through this...
1.) This is a comedy… That is NOT funny.
2.) It isn't scary enough to be considered a Horror film.
3.) This can't be satire or parody, to pull those off; this film would have to be witty or clever...
4.) This could very well be the first movie I've ever seen where I didn't give a toss about ANYONE. From Mama Dracula all the way down to the lowly village folk... Hated the whole lot of them. This brings me to...
5.) The two effeminate Tiny Tim look a likes. They served NO purpose in this whole movie, but to piss me off. They did so... In spades. If the film makers set out with that blueprint in mind, then this film was an overwhelming success! I felt as if I were watching a movie that was consciously trying to be the next Rocky Horror, sans humor, talent & music.

This film needs to wrapped up in a newspaper & taken to the trash.

Trust me,
Swan
