the only one that comes close is Ruggero Deodato's LIVE LIKE A COP: DIE LIKE A MAN. It's got a couple hilariously extremely violent scenes though overall is not quite as consistent as this film. It does however feature probably the two least likable leading men in Eurocrime history, with them burning a bunch of nice cars and tagteam / half-raping a slutty woman while she's half asleep.
