You Little Streak of Paralyzed Piss

I'd heard that funny British expression before somewhere. When Harold slings it at Charlie's consiglieri, Phil (R.I.P. Leo Dolan) I thought it hilarious, though. The Brits have some clever phrases. Calling him a streak of paralyzed piss was pretty appropriate, though since Phil was acting in such a supercilious fashion to Harold. "Shut up, you little streak of paralyzed piss." Heh heh.

It's long. Not Little

Charlie's consiglioni is played by Stephen Davies not Leo Dolan. Didn't Dolan play the London cabbie who drives Colin to Ireland and gets killed by the IRA after the safehouse gets raided?

You never know them all.

This is seriously one of my favorite insults in movies lol

I meant Tony (Stephen Davies), not Phil. Sorry. I thought Phil was a streak of paralyzed piss, too. I love Bob Hoskin's "ot dog" retort, too.

"What I'm looking for is someone who can contribute to what England has given to the world: culture, sophistication, genius. A little bit more than an 'ot dog, know what I mean?"

It totally suits Pauiline Kael's description of Bob Hoskins as a testicle on legs. Full on, balls out, old school testosterone.
