Maybe not aquatic, but other Nazi zombies- Night of the Zombies, and Revenge of the Zombies.
Also Robert McCammon's book The Night Boat.

I just don't get off on funerals, man, they give me the creeps.

Well if there isn't there certainly should be. Let's start one right now. Dark Echoes has something of this going on too though it's just a ship's captain, but it is a zombie who lives in a lake in Austria which is where Hitler was born so there you go.
