Brilliant movie.

I saw an interview with director Jean Rollin sometime ago, it was an extra feature on one of the vampire movies he'd made with Brigitte Lahaie. He told the interviewer that Zombie Lake was supposed to directed by Jeff Franco but he abandoned the project together with the original script only a few days before they were supposed to start shooting the film.
Jean Rollin had to come up with an idea within a few days and he directed evreything on ONE DAY.
I mean having that in mind this movie is brilliant.
