Just watched this film again for the first time in something like 25 years. The engineer / producer in the studio scene with Keith Lennox (hammed up by Paul Nicholas) appears to be former front-man of The Kinks, Ray Davies. However I didn't see him credited at the end of the film and he's not listed on here either.

Does anyone know or care to comment?

The engineer/producer in that scene was the British actor James Booth.
