Diamond's hair was SCREAMING for a make-over in this film

I've seen TJS countless times but tonight when I watched the film, his hair was really getting to me.

"FRA-GEE-LAY. That must be Italian!"
"I think that says 'fragile', honey."

I think his hair is fine as it is. It is only hair, after all. People weren't so catty about personal appearances 30 years ago. Of course, plastic surgeons weren't as busy then, either.
