My hubby mentioned that another actress was originally set to play Lucie Arnez character "Molly". Does anyone no what actress that was orignally to do the film.

Deborah Raffin was originally going to play Molly. I think Lucie Arnaz was a better choice. There was obviously a connection between her character and that of Jess.

Obviously she inherited her parents' talent in acting and comedy as well as drama. In case everyone forgot, her parents were Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz. She has been good in everything she has done.

I love Lucie (and Lucy), and I also wish she had made more films. She's gorgeous and has a knack for comedy as well as drama. She could have had the career that Carrie Fisher had (though I don't think she lived a similar life).
