movie gets better near the end

This is not the best zombie movie ever made but it does have its moments. a lot the movie we watch uninteresting characters run from unconvincing mutants. About three quarters the way through it turns into an action flick with zombies getting blown away with machine guns and explosives. There is also a funny scene with a character falling from a helicopter and hitting the spokes on a Farris wheel. They use a dummy and the effect is like something you would see on Mad TV. 6/10 because of the last 25 minutes.
