It might already be on here, but I can't find it. Where is the amusement park?
is it PortAventura, Gardaland? Anyone know? For that matter is it the same as Lenzi's equally classic Eyeball?

i do not know, but i can tell you that it was not an amusement park. it was an abusement park.

The ending of this movie was shot in the amusement park in Madrid, Spain

I can't speak for Eyeball but the park used in this film is Parque de Atracciones in Madrid. The rollercoaster in the lifthill shoot out was this ride which is no longer at the park:
