Gatorade drinking zombie?
Is it just me or is the one zombie that slides down the side of that white P.O.S. car drinking a bottle of orange Gatorade? Sure looks suspect to me. I guess he was parched by all the days activities.

Yes, it existed in 1980. There was even Gatorade gum.
shareI loved Gatorade gum as a kid. Whole packs at a time. Did anyone else notice this mushhead drinking that? I know I didn't dream this..I'm just not sure what in the he!! he was drinking.
shareIf you're talking about that guy coping a squat next to that ambulance while the couple was hidding inside that cabin, then yeah I saw that. I thought that was blood in that jar that he was drinking. Eh, with such a low budget you'd just have to use your imagination. I thought it was a good movie nonetheless....Hey....speaking of spotting strange things, did anyone notice that after the bloody scene at the T.V. Station one of the zombies looked like Carl Winslow from Family Matters? His face came up after they killed those bad dancers at the station.
share Yep, I noticed Carl. Blood makes sense, I guess, but where in the world did they come up with it and better yet, did you notice the zombie spraying gasoling aimlessly in that same scene, while his buddy zombie brings him a jug to drink? LOL! Go back and take a peek..that was hilarious.
Not a bad movie, although poor Umberto Lenzi says in the documentary "the movie isn't that unrealistic."
C'mon, who's he kidding??? Zombies only drink Diet Pepsi, not Gatorade...silly director. :)

uh...yes they were zombies in nightmare city........if they werent then why did they shoot them in the head.......i do agree that they werent zombies in 28 days later.......but they were zombies in nightmare city..

Nope, not zombies. As said in the movie...they were referred to as "vampires", and as explained in the movie, the radioactive material "regenerated" the body through the drinking of blood, but the body still receives instructions from the brain...thus kill the brain, kill the mutant.
