I remember catching this great flick back in 81 or so on cable and really haven't seen it much since.

Well, it's on right now (2-2-07) and I am watching the Memphis concert and it really seems at the time, Peter Gallagher could have played Freddy Mercury in a biopic.

Maybe he still could?

haha, never really thought of that but you're certainly right

and yes, it's on cable this month (I believe it's either Cinemax or Showtime). It needs to be on cable more often because nobody knows about this movie, and once they've had a chance to see it they love it.
