Who plays the guy he meets w/in who looks like Gavin McCloud?

Just wondering if anybody knew who plays the guy he meets with in the restaurant who looks like Gavin McCloud? Is it Gavin McCloud uncredited? His brother?

I'd look it up but I didn't get to catch any of the characters' names and the scene is sticking in my head. You know how it is.

That was John Aprea.... I thought it was Mc Leod too at first..... He played Vincent's dad Pani Vaccari
