What was he making
when Vinnie's at the restaurant with that dude from IAA, he's puting an egg, some vinegar and several other things from what appears to be a tray full of condiments....what on earth is the concoction he's making?

OK. Salad dressing. Next question. Why? When was the last time you went to a restaurant and made your own salad dressing? I've never had the pleasure.
shareVinnie was tight with the management - it was pretty much an annex of his office. And he probably had his own favorite recipe. They catered to his whims and were likely well-tipped.
And now for something completely different...
Vinnie's brother owns the restaurant and Vinnie used to be a waiter there. One of waiter's duties in a restaurant like that is to mix the cesar salad dressing at the table so he was probably used to doing it. At least all of the authentic Italian restaurants that I've been to have done that.
shareI am so glad this was asked...and answered...I have looked everywhere trying to find out. Finally I remembered that some of these movies have message boards, and voila! I love this movie, I even have the soundtrack album on vinyl, nonetheless. lol Anyway, thanks again!
