March at the beginning of the movie is "Erzherzog Albrecht Marsch" by Karl Komzak.

I just reviewed the opening scenes of this movie again. Actually, there are two marches played at the beginning of this movie. The first one is the the tail end of "Preussens Gloria" by the band wearing red coats. They are just rounding the corner of Maximilian Strasse onto Residenz Strasse. In this scene, the Bayrische Staatsoper and the Residenz can be seen in the background, but the wide-angle lens distorts the buildings and makes them look taller and narrower. Then the scene changes to another band playing "Erzherzog Albrecht Marsch" and we get to hear a bit more of this, where the drummers march close by the camera. This scene is around the corner and down the block from where the first band was seen. This was filmed in the Odeonsplatz (where Hitler had new SS-men sworn in during his time) and the Theatinerkirche (kind of yellow building in background right) can be seen.
