Who was Saint Breheret?

I was just now watching The Duchess of Duke Street, and Monsieur Alex is played by George Pravda, who also plays Saint Breheret in Hopscotch.
But, I can't seem to remember the character.
Can anyone describe the character?

I'm not too sure, but as far as I remember, it's the men that provide the false passports and the credit cards - and babble about no blank credit cards.

It's a single scene, Just after Kendig leave Austria singing Il Barbiere di Siviglia and the border officers asks "Mozart?"
