Who was going with him on the seaplane?

When Kendig charters the seaplane, he says that the only passengers would be himself and a woman. When he arrives at the dock, the lady pilot asks him where his friend his. Kendig replies something to the effect, 'her mother wouldn't allow her to come.'

Who was this woman supposed to be? Not Isabella, who was in Austria.

It's a simple trick.
The pilot supposed to have two passengers. CIA and FBI searched one men.

So, also if pilot talked about her business around, she would talk about "two people": it would take time for the G-men to match the loose ends.
Enough for Kendig to disappear.

Of course, FBI will found the pilot, when she came back.
Kendig suggested the girl to "be sincere" with they guys with plastic IDs.

Also, Bermuda was farther away than Kendig's original stated destination. The lady pilot, expecting two passengers, had fuel enough for two passengers for a shorter distance. With only one passenger, Kendig (an experienced pilot) was sure she had the fight range to make Bermuda.

1st rule of CIA - "Need to know basis"... It was simple misdirection in case she was interrogated BEFORE the flight. They were looking for 1 person not 2. Since she was obviously a transporter contractor others in the community would probably know to look for her as she does this sort of thing for money - remember she said "since I don't know what your cargo is the price will be $3,000". They prefer a plausible false cover story then one that causes them to loose money, freedom, and future business.

I liked her bladder control question as he did have a common prostate problem. I wonder what he would do if he had to go pee in flight...

Depends

Ha! "Depends" - good answer!

Still, it was a seaplane. Nothing really to prevent the pilot from just putting down in the ocean, and he gets out and takes care of business off the side.
