Hell is for Children

imdb and some others have said that the Pat Benatar song "Hell is for Children" is featured in this movie. i've seen this movie many times and have never noticed it, in fact, there is no credit of the song in the closing credits. can anyone tell me at what point this song is suppose to be heard in the movie???

I just saw it (for my fourth time) last night. There is a song that SOUNDS like "Hell is for Children" but isn't. As you said if it were used in the movie they would have listed it in the closing credits.

The album Crimes of Passion, which contained the song Hell is for Children, and the movie came out about 3 weeks apart.

Maybe this is a situation like the movie Slap Shot where they replaced popular songs with song-a-likes for VHS and DVD releases.

No--I saw it at a theatre when it came out. I was a big Pat Benatar fan and I would have remembered if the song were in there. The only movie that I know of that used "Hell..." is "American Pop" an R rated animated film that came out in 1980-81. It was used while showing a drug dealer selling his stuff to his "clients".

I know this is an old post, but that's not necessarily true. For example, "Heatwave" by Martha & The Vandellas is used in Carrie but it's not listed during the end credits.

No problem responding to an old post:) but I have "He Knows..." on DVD and trust me, "Hell Is..." never shows up. And no it's not edited.

reply

Oh, I believe you. I don't ever remember hearing that song in the movie.
