Is this the movie that's been haunting me all my life?

My parents took my family to a movie when I was younger -- I am not a fan of horrow movies (yeah, I'm a wuss) -- during which one of the main characters often says, "Sometimes Marvin pees red."

I also remember surgical gloves and people being killed in ridiculous ways and put into garbage bags. For example, one character was killed by having a lot of paper clips unfolded and shoved into his/her face.

Anyhow, that movie has stuck with me my whole life and I was wondering if this was it. IMDB doesn't have any quotes to let me know, so any help would be appreciated.

Also, if this is not the film, and someone knows what that film actually is, please let me know. I'd like to see it and put my memories into somoe greater sense of context.
